舱室电源电缆对屏蔽双绞线线束的电磁干扰研究 被引量:2

摘要 现代舰船舱室中密集而又复杂的电缆布局常常会带来电磁兼容性问题,论文从传输线理论、屏蔽理论出发,分析电源电缆对舱室屏蔽双绞线线束的电磁干扰情况。在屏蔽室环境下对电源电缆和屏蔽双绞线线束直接的电磁干扰进行了实际测试。结果表明,外屏蔽层双端接地有着较低的电磁干扰,而外屏蔽层非测试端接地有着最大的干扰。在实际敷设电缆时应考虑舱室接地板地电流的影响,尽可能共接地点,并保证屏蔽层两端接地良好。 Electromagnetic compatibility problems occur when complex and dense cables lay in modern ship cabin This paper tries to analyze the EMI between cabin power cable and shielded twisted-pair bundle with the shielding theory and transmission line theory. An experiment in the shielded room on the EMI between the cabin power cable and shielded twisted-pair bundle is taken The results show that the electromagnetic interference is relatively low when both ends of the external shield is grounded, and the EMI will be the highest when only the non-tested end is grounded. The current is taken on the metal ground board into consideration and all the ground in same position. Otherwise, the shields should be grounded well.
