摘要
隔离放大器是通信系统中非常重要的一部分,论文设计的隔离放大器模块采用多级级联的放大器形式,输入和输出端采用传输线变压器进行阻抗匹配,使得设计的放大器模块具有高隔离度的同时也具有良好端口反射系数和互调,具有重要的参考意义。
Isolation amplifer is an extremely important part of the communication system, multiple cascaded amplifier form is put to use in this paper, input and output impedance matched by using transmission line transformer to make the isolation amplifer module with high isolation and also excellent port reflection coefficient and intermodulation, this paper has the important reference significance.
