摘要
设计了一种磁流变液制动演示装置,为了使磁流变液在匀强磁场下工作,采用多层密绕螺线管的方式产生磁场,并对螺线管所用铜线的规格和缠绕的匝数进行选择和计算,这种方式使得在通入相同的电流时能产生更大的磁场。最后,应用MATLAB软件对励磁线圈所产生的磁场的分布与大小进行仿真,结合磁场的实际测量数据对比分析,证明外加磁场符合演示实验要求,能够达到理想的演示目的。
Designed a MRF brake demonstration device,in order to make the magnetorheological fluid well work under uniform magnetic field,the way of multi-layer tightly wound solenoid was used to produce magnetic field,while the specification of solenoid's copper wire was selected and coil number was calculated. This way can produce a stronger magnetic field when going into the same current. Finally,the MATLAB software was applied to simulate the distribution and size of the magnetic field generated by the coil. Combining theoretical value and the actual measurement data of the to compare and analysis,the magnetic field was proved to be up to the mustard,the device can carry ideal demonstration point.
