中药内服、外用治疗跟痛症临床观察120例

目的：临床观察中药内服、外用治疗跟痛症临床效果。方法：本次入组患者为我院2014年9月～2015年8月骨伤科收治的跟痛症患者1204例，随机分为对照组和观察组，每组60例，对照组和观察组年龄、性别、患病情况、患病时间等情况无显著差异。对照组内服中药，治疗2个疗程；观察组在内服中药的基础上，在骨结节处外敷自拟中药，治疗2个疗程。在疗程结束后对观察组和对照组进行疗效评价。结果：对照组治愈率明显低于观察组；对照组总有效率明显低于观察组；对照组无效率明显高于观察组，差异显著（P〈0．05）。结论：中药内服和外用联合治疗的临床效果明显优于单独内服治疗．木方法值得在临床推广．
