当归四逆汤联合肝素钠乳膏治疗冻疮的疗效观察

目的:冻疮是一种冬季多发病,对患者影响极大,需要快速高效的治疗方法。方法:将78例冻疮患者随机分为观察组40例,口服当归四逆汤联合外用肝素钠乳膏。对照组38例,单纯外用肝素钠乳膏。结果:观察组中2w内总有效率100%,痊愈率72.5%,痊愈时间平均6d,对照组总有效率73.7%,痊愈率26.3%,痊愈时间平均10.5d。结论:与单纯应用肝素钠乳膏相比,当归四逆汤联合肝素钠乳膏治疗冻疮疗效更显著,值得临床推广。

Objective： To frostbite is a frequently-occurring disease in winter, a strong impact on patients, need to be fast and etticient treatment. Methods： 78 cases of chilblain random points treatment group 40 cases, patients with oral Chinese angelica four decoction combined heparin sodium cream for external use only. The control group 38 cases, pure heparin sodium cream for external use only. Results： The total effective rate in treatment group 2 w is 100%, recovery rate was 72.5%, the average healing time 6 days, the control group total effective rate 73.7%, recovery rate is 26.3%, the average healing time of 10.5 days. Conclusion： Compared with the simple application of heparin sodium cream, angelica four decoction combined therapy with heoarin sodium cream frostbite effect is more significant, worthy of clinical use.
