自拟解郁安胃汤治疗消化性溃疡30例疗效分析

Analysis of Jieyu Anwei Decoction in Treating 30 cases of peptic ulcer curative effect

目的:探讨自拟解郁安胃汤治疗消化性溃疡的疗效。方法:回顾性分析30例经胃镜确诊为消化性溃疡患者的临床资料。结果:30例患者中,临床痊愈21例,占70.00%,好转8例,占26.66%,无效1例,占3.33%。总有效率96.67%。结论:中药治疗应用于胃溃疡患者的康复,能显著提高临床效果,改善患者生活质量,值得在临床上应用和推广。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Jieyu Anwei Decoction in the treatment of peptic ulcer. Methods The clinical data of 30 patients with peptic ulcer diagnosed by gastroscopy were analyzed retrospectively. Results Kmong 30 cases, 21 cases were cured, accounting for 70%, improvement in 8 cases, accounting for 26.66%, ineffective in 1 cases, accounting for 3.33%. Total effective rate 96.67%. Conclusion The application of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of gastric ulcer patients, can significantly improve the clinical effect, improve the quality of life of patients, it is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
