负压引流在特殊部位植皮术中的运用

摘要 目的:探讨特殊部位创面植皮后使用负压封闭引流技术的临床效果。方法:选取我院2014年3月至2016年3月间收治的38例特殊部位植皮患者作为研究对象,对其创面有效清创,取刃厚皮片或薄中厚皮片,植皮后,负压敷料结合半透膜覆盖。结果:36例患者植皮完全成活,2例患者去除负压敷料后,边缘少许坏死,积极换药后成活,皮片功能均恢复正常。结论:该手术方法操作简单,术后护理方便,皮片存活率高,创面愈合快,是特殊部位植皮的一种较理想方法。
