感冒后咳嗽接受中医治疗的临床效果分析

Analysis on clinical effect of TCM treatment of cough after a cold

目的:研究感冒后咳嗽患者接受中医治疗的临床效果。方法:624例诊断为感冒后咳嗽的患者,随机平均的分成对照组与研究组,各312例。对照组患者采用罗红霉素等西药进行治疗,研究组患者则采用祛风清热的中医疗法治疗。对两组患者治疗效果进行比较分析。结果:两组患者在用药期间均未出现不良反应状况。研究组治疗总有效率明显要比对照组高,且分别为92.86%与76.71%;两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用中医祛风清热疗法治疗感冒后咳嗽效果明显,无副作用,值得在临床领域广泛的推广运用。

Objective： To study the clinical effect of Chinese medicine treatment on patients with cough after a cold. Methods： 624 cases of patients who were diagnosed as cough after cold in our hospital from February 2012 to February in were selected and were divided into the control group and the re- search group on average. The control group were treated with roxithromycin and Western medicine treatment. The research group were treated with tradi- tional Chinese medicine as qufengqingre decoction. The therapeutic effect of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results ： There were no adverse reactions in the two groups during the period of drug use. The total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and were 92. 86% and 76.71% respectively. The difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： Qufengqingre decoction has the obvious effect in the treatment of colds cough after, and no side effect, it is worth using widely in the clinical field.
