西安区域通用航空管制方法探讨

Discussion on the Method of General Aviation Control in Xi'an

随着经济社会的发展和低空空域逐步有序放开,农、林、牧、副、渔等各种任务的通用航空飞行必将越来越多。作为一位在区域管制中心工作15年的管制员和带新教员,笔者感到许多管制员在处理通用飞行时不清楚它的处置程序,常常感到困惑。为此作者结合自己的工作经验,从区域管制的角度,深入探讨了如何安全、有效地保障通用航空飞行的办法。

With economic and social development and low altitude airspace gradually and orderly liberalization,in farming, forestry,animal husbandry,deputy,fishing various tasks of general aviation flight will more and more. As a in area control center 15 years of controllers and with the new teacher,l feel many controllers in general aviation flight of unclear its disposal program,often feel confused. In this paper,the author combined with their own work experience,from the perspective of regional control,in--depth study of how safe,effective support of general aviation flight way.
