摘要
为了研究电焊渣对三种外墙保温材料的引燃能力,通过改变电焊机的工作电流、外墙保温材料的形态、电焊点与保温材料的距离、相对位置,分别用电焊渣引燃保温材料,得出焊渣对常见三种外墙保温材料的引燃能力,为今后调查认定由电焊渣引燃外墙保温材料的火灾提供参考。
To study the ignition ability of welding slag on three kinds of exterior wall thermal insulation materials,this experiment uses welding slag to ignite the thermal insulation materials desperately by changing the working cur-rent of an electric welding machine, the forms of three kinds of exterior wall thermal insulation material, the horizon-tal distance of the function between welding slag and thermal insulation material, and the relative position between thermal insulation materials and welding machine. It is concluded that the ignition law of welding slag to the common three kinds of thermal insulation materials, which provides theoretical evidence for investigating and identifying the fires caused by the ignition of electric welding slag to the exterior wall thermal insulation material to some degree for the future.
