摘要
介绍北京大学图书馆2018年行动计划的总体规划。在分析北京大学图书馆面临的内外部环境的基础上,提出资源建设行动计划,读者服务行动计划,信息基础设施建设与新技术应用行动计划,经费、机构设置、人力资源建设与管理行动计划,馆舍与空间行动计划和社会服务行动计划。本行动计划旨在通过制定切实可行的方案,并在五年中逐步落实,实现在2018年初步建成世界一流大学图书馆的战略目标。
This article introduces the overall planning of Beijing University Library5s 2018 action plan. Based on an analysis of the internal and external environment that Peking Uni-versity Library is in, it puts forward the action plan for the resource construction, reader ser-vice, information infrastructure construction and new technology application, funds, institu-tional settings, human resources development and management, premises and space, and so-cial services. This action plan aims to develop a feasible plan which is to be gradually imple-mented within five years and finally to achieve the strategic objective of initially building the world’s first-class academic library in 2018.
