武汉大学图书馆“十三五”发展规划(2016-2020)

The 13^(th) Five-Year Development Planning (2016～2020) of Wuhan University Library

回顾与总结武汉大学图书馆"十二五"期间在文献资源建设、读者服务、文化建设、国际化与学术研究、国内外地位、队伍建设、管理改革与制度建设、党群工作、和谐平安图书馆建设、馆舍基础设施与现代化办馆条件建设等方面取得的进展,分析当前面临的问题、挑战与历史机遇,从内涵发展战略、服务发展战略、创新发展战略、开放发展战略、共享发展战略及和谐发展战略六个方面规划"十三五"时期图书馆的奋斗目标与主要任务,并对其规划管理与组织实施进行说明。

This article made a review and summary of Wuhan University Library5 s advance and progress in the aspects of collection building, reader service, cultural construction, inter-nationalization and academic research, national and international status, team construction, management reform and system construction, party-masses working, harmonious and safe li-brary construction, library infrastructure and modern construction of working conditions. Based on this, it analyzed the problems, challenges, and historical opportunities the library is faced with, and made a plan for the library’s objectives and main tasks from the six develop-ment strategies of connotation, service, creation, opening, sharing and harmony during the pe-riod of the 13^th Five-Year. Also the planning management and implementation were explained at the end of the article.
