摘要
选取大薸(P.stratiotes)用于去除水中氟化物。研究供试植物对水中氟化物的去除效率及机理。结果表明大薸对5~60 mg F/L的水中氟化物浓度去除效率为15.06%~63.96%。在高浓度氟化物胁迫下,出现了氟去除率下降的情况。大薸植株根和叶富集的最高氟含量分别为44.72μg·g^(-1)DW和47.37μg·g^(-1)DW。大薸在氟胁迫下出现了特定生长率降低的情况。
P. stratiotes was selected to remove fluoride in water. Removal efficiency and mechanism of the experimental plants are studied. The results showed that after treatment period of 8 d, removal efficiency of fluoride in solution with concentration of 5 - 60 mg F/L was 15.06% - 63.96%. High fluoride concentration brings threaten to the three supplied experimental plants, thus decrease of removal rate may appear in this situation. The highest gathering fluorine contents of root and leaf of P. stratiotes was 44.72μg @ g ^-1DW and 47.37 μg @ g ^-1DW. Thespecial growth rate decreased under the stress of fluoride.
