论述了知识产权在科研项目全生命周期中的重要性,分别论述了科研项目立项前,对包括研发路线、竞争对手、已有相关专利等方面进行知识产权分析,有效地规避研发风险,提高研发效率;论述了在科研项目过程中,通过知识产权的实时挖掘、合理布局,对科研项目技术路线、创新点进行相对完善的保护,有效地保护科研项目成果;论述了在科研项目完成后,通过知识产权的商业化运用包括成果实施、知识产权许可、转让、质押融资等方式最大程度地保护知识产权主体的利益,更好地发挥法律赋予知识产权的垄断权。文章对今后科研项目的开展和科研项目全生命周期的管理有一定的借鉴意义。

This paper discusses the importance of intellectual property rights in the whole life cycle of research projects.Intellectual property analysis before the research involved the technical route,competitors,existing patents etc,can effectively avoid the risk and improve the efficiency of research and development.Intellectual property analysis in the process of the research through the real-time tracking,mining and reasonable layout, can effectively protect the innovation of research project.This article also introduces the commercialization of intellectual property including implementation,transfer and pledge to maximize the interests of intellectual property. There is some reference significance for the development and lifecycle management of the research project.
