基于CATIA的高筋薄壁类锻件快速拔模斜度设计系统开发

摘要 针对现有商业CAD软件不能较快地实现对高筋薄壁类锻件的拔模斜度设计,分析了CATIA软件的功能和特点,以一个典型的高筋薄壁类锻件为例,对锻件的表面进行分类,然后对内外拔模面进行分组并确定所对应的中性面。利用CAA CATIA软件开发了锻件拔模斜度快速设计系统,实现了对高筋薄壁类锻件拔模斜度的快速添加,明显地提高了锻件设计的效率。 The existing commercial CAD software couldn't quickly implement draft design on forging with high ribs and thin-walled. With a typical high ribs and thin-walled forgings, the features and functions of the CATIA software were analyzed. In order to determine the inner and outer draft surface and the corresponding neutral surface, the surface on the forging was classified. Based on the CAA CATIA platform, a rapid-draft design system was developed, which realized to add the draft angle on forgings quickly and significantly im- proved the design efficiency.
