摘要
根据柴油滤清器外壳的形状及尺寸要求,对其结构及成形工艺进行了分析。介绍了零件毛坯尺寸计算、拉深次数、拉深力等工艺参数计算,制定了合理的拉深成形工艺,针对零件凸台成形容易拉裂的缺陷,采用材料预补偿的等面积计算方法予以解决,为拉深模设计提供了设计依据。
According to the shape and size requirements of diesel filter shell, the structure and forming process were analyzed. The technical parameters were calculated such as the size of work blanks, the number of drawing and drawing force in detail to formulate rea- sonable drawing technology. In particular, aimed at the shortcoming that the convex-plate forming was easy to be cracked, the homalographic computerization method of material pre-compensation was adopted to provide basis for the die design.
