摘要
分析了卡车横梁U形底盘弯曲成形时划伤产生的原因,对传统弯曲模结构进行改进,开发了一种新型辊式弯曲成形模。该模具将传统成形时板料与模具之间的滑动摩擦转变为滚动摩擦,避免制件成形时拉痕的产生。介绍了模具设计时的思路和技术要点,对模具成形原理进行了数值模拟和试验验证,最终制造了该模具。实践证明,该方案切实可行,能够有效地避免横梁类制件成形时产生拉痕。
The reason about the defects of the bending process of truck beam U-shaped disc was analyzed. A new roller bending die was developed with structural innovation to traditional bending die. The die turned sliding friction into rolling friction between blank and die in order to eliminate the possibility of Scratched marks. Some ideas and tech- niques of die design were discussed, and numerical simulation and experimental verification of forming principle were analyzed. The new bending die was finally manufactured. It proved that the scheme was feasible, which could effectively eliminate scratched marks of U-shaped disc of truck beam.
