摘要
介绍了国际民航组织、美国联邦航空局和欧洲航行安全组织空管通信系统与技术的发展现状与趋势,分析了我国空管通信系统发展需求,提出了我国空管通信系统发展的能力需求和体系结构。最后,从基础传输层、网络承载层、信息服务层、安全保密系统和综合支撑系统5方面提出了我国空管通信系统与技术发展的思路。
The technology development and the trend of air traffic control (ATC) communication system of International Civil Aviation Organization, Federal Aviation Administration and Euro-pean Organization for the safety of air navigation are introduced. The development requirements of ATC communication system in China are analyzed. The capacity requirements and the archi-tecture of ATC communication system in China are proposed. Finally, the development approach of ATC communication system in China and technology is proposed from five aspects including the basic transport layer, network layer, information service layer, security system, and compre-hensive support system.
