Investment of Food Enterprise in Food Quality and Safety in Typical Markets

建立优化模型,分别分析了完全垄断下消费者和企业共同承担质量安全投资成本以及企业完全承担质量安全投资成本两种情况下食品企业的质量安全投资力度和价格决策,以及寡头垄断下供给高、低质量安全水平食品的两类企业的质量安全投资力度和价格决策,并分析了需求价格效应和供给价格效应、需求投资力度差、投资边际成本对质量安全投资力度和价格决策的影响。最后,总结了研究结论对提高中国食品安全水平的相应启示。

By the optimal models,this paper analyzes the enterprise′s decision to the investment in food quality and safety and price in perfect monopoly market in two cases that the consumer and the enterprise bear the investment cost of quality safety and the enterprise fully bear the investment cost of quality safety,and the investment and price of two kinds of different enterprises with high and low quality safety level of food in oligopoly market,and the effects of demand price effect and supply price effect,the difference in demand investment and the marginal cost of investment on enterprise′s decision to investment and price.Finally,based on the research conclusion,it provides some corresponding inspiration to improve the level of food safety in China.
