摘要 1病例资料 患者,男,32岁,2014年3月因右下牙龈长包及牙松动至南昌大学第一附属医院就诊。患者自述曾到外院就诊,在外院诊断为牙根外吸收,建议拔除该患牙。检查：牙冠变色,相应前庭沟处龈瘘,松动度2度,探诊（-）,叩诊无明显不适,冷热测试（-）。
