摘要
浮式液化天然气生产储存外输装置(FLNG)是海洋工程领域所关注的热点之一。介绍了FLNG的概念及关键技术,分析了FLNG的发展历程及工程应用,总结了在中国南海应用中存在的问题和挑战,并给出了相应的建议。
Floating LNG production storage and offloading system（FLNG）is one of the focuses in ocean engineering.In this paper the concept and key spots of the FLNG is introduced,the status of development process and engineering application is discussed,and main problems and challenges to the developing in South China Sea are summarized,thus to puts forward some proposals for the application.
