大通径提挂泄油器研制

摘要 为解决冀东油田滑套式泄油器在大斜度井中泄油失效以及在56mm泵径井中无法应用的问题,研制了大通径提挂泄油器,该泄油器主要包括泄油本体和开启接头2部分。入井时,泄油本体与油管相连,开启接头与抽油杆相连,需要泄油时上提抽油杆泄油。泄油本体采用大通径设计,可满足56mm及以下规格抽油泵井使用;开启接头采用耐磨设计,避免因磨损无法打开泄油器。该泄油器适用于有杆泵井,尤其适用于大斜度井,能够取代修井作业时原有的各种有杆泵泄油器。室内及现场试验表明,该泄油器性能稳定,工作可靠,泄油成功率达到100%。 In order to solve the problem of drainage failure in highly-deviated wells and no way to apply leaker in56 mm plunger pump wells in Jidong Oilfield,a large bore lift-draw leaker was designed.The main structure is leaker body and opening joint connected to the tubing and sucker rod separately while putting down to hole.By lifting the rod string,the leaker achieved drainage function.With large bore size for the leaker body and wear resistance for the open joint,the leaker can be used replacing other kinds leakers in the sucker-rod pump wells especially in highly-deviated wells,of which the plunger size is within 56 mm.Laboratory experiment and field application shows that the large bore lift-draw leaker has the advantages of stable performances and reliable operation and its drainage success rate is 100%.
