摘要
连续油管多级射孔技术是连续油管射孔技术的重要发展方向。介绍了连续油管多级射孔技术的工作原理与特点。该技术基于"传爆延时"和"高压密封"技术,能够实现一次下井完成多级(≥3级)射孔作业。研制了配套的柔性连接装置,可大幅节约连续油管与射孔管串在井口的连接时间,作业实效性高,有效地减少了操作人员的工作量。以页岩气水平井A井射孔作业为研究对象,针对该井射孔完井的作业技术难点,设计了连续油管多级射孔管柱。通过在A井的成功应用,表明了该工艺技术具有较好的应用前景。
The technology of coiled tubing cluster perforating is an important development direction of coiled tubing perforating.This article take the perforating jobs as research object in a horizontal well of shale gas,analyzes the technical difficulties of perforated completion,including casing deformation,low efficiency,high well pressure and risks.The work principles and characteristics of coiled tubing cluster perforating are introduced.This technology is based on"booster timedelay"and"high pressure seal"technology,and it can achieve cluster perforating(≥3cluster)in one downhole operation.At the same time,a convenient and flexible joint is developed,which can save time obviously and reduce the workload and enhance operational efficiency.The successful application in a well,and this technology has better security,practicability and good application prospect.
