摘要
采用5.56 tex/48 f的细旦轻网络结构聚酯长丝和细旦弹性聚酯长丝交织,以及3.33 tex/24 f的Cooldry~吸湿排汗聚酯长丝和4.44 tex/12 f的半消光聚酯长丝交织,设计开发出克质量分别为95 g/m^2的罗纹型和73 g/m^2的双罗纹型超轻导湿快干双面功能性运动面料。详细介绍面料的编织工艺和后整理工艺,并对面料的吸湿速干性能及物理机械性能进行测试。结果表明,两种面料的克质量均较小,且均具有良好的导湿速干性能和热湿舒适性能,其抗起毛起球性能和抗钩丝性能均符合标准要求。
The paper develops the ultralight moisture-transfer and fast-dry double faced functional sports fabrics with the weight per unit area of 95 g/m^2 rib structure and 73 g/m^2 interlock structure, by using 5.56 tex/48 f fine denier polyester filaments and elastic polyester filaments, 3.33 tex/24 f Cooldry moisture -absorbing and sweat - transfer polyester filaments, 4.44 tex/12 f semidull polyester filaments. It introduces in detail the knitting and finishing technologies, and tests the moisture-absorbing, fast-dry and physical mechanical properties of the fabrics. The results show that the fabrics have low weight per unit area, excellent moisture -transfer, fast-dry and thermal- moist comfort properties, and can meet the national standards of anti-pilling and snagging.
