落水绒面料染色、毛面整理一步法生产工艺

One Step Method Process of Dyeing and Hair Side Finishing for Water Plush Fabric

阐述了落水绒面料传统加工工艺与染色、毛面整理一步法短流程加工新工艺,并进行对比分析。文中从织造加工、高温高压气流染色及毛面起束、脱水、剖幅、扩幅烘干及成品定形等方面对新工艺进行了分析,并指出了关键工艺条件和参数及加工注意事项。结果表明,新的加工方法缩短了工艺流程,节约了加工成本,减少了污水排放。

The new process about one step method short process of dyeing and hair side finishing for water plush fabric was compared with conditional process. The new process was analyzed from the respects of knitting process, high temperature and high pressure air flow dyeing, gigging, dehydration, cutting, spreading drying and product setting, and the key processing conditions, parameters and precautions were pointed out. The results show that the new process shortens technological process, saves production cost, and reduces waste water emission.
