Development of Embossing and Embroidery Double Faced Raschel Blanket with Super-soft and Fine Polyester

采用33.3 tex/144 f(300 D/144 f)DTY有光涤纶丝为面纱、11.1 tex/48 f(100 D/48 f)长丝为地纱开发超细涤纶拉舍尔压花、刺绣双面毛毯。介绍了原料选择、设备参数、前处理、印花、后整理以及压花刺绣等工艺,并详细阐述了各工艺的相关参数。结果表明,与传统涤纶毛毯相比,该产品手感柔软、滑糯、色彩鲜艳、尺寸稳定性好,且长时间放置无异味,很大程度上提高了产品的附加值。

The paper develops super-soft and fine pure polyester warp-knitted embossing and embroidery double faced raschel blanket by using 33.3 tex/144 ￡ （300 D/144 f） polyester DTY as face fiber and 11.1 tex/48 ￡（100 D/48 f） polyester filaments as ground yarn. It introduces the knitting technology including raw materials preparation, equipment parameters setting, pre-treatment, printing, finishing, embossing and embroidery. In addition, it presents the whole process in detail. The results show that the fabric bears soft hand, smoothness, vivid color and good dimensional stability without unpleasant smell after long time storage, which greatly improves the value of products.
