高频超声对下肢小肌疝的诊断价值

The Value of High Frequency Ultrasound in the Diagnosis of Lower Limb Small Muscle Herniation

目的探讨高频超声对小腿小肌疝的诊断价值。方法对超声诊断为下肢小肌疝的患者12例,行肌疝修补术,术后11例患者确诊为下肢小肌疝,对其超声声像学特点进行分析。结果超声能探及肌疝缺口5例。不能探及肌疝缺口6例,但在小腿过伸位或过屈位能探及肌肉滑动于筋膜层深面与浅面间。结论高频超声对小腿小肌疝有良好的诊断价值。

Objective The diagnostic value of high-frequency ultrasonography probe in small calf muscle herniation. Methods 12 patients with ultrasonic diagnosis of lower limb small muscle hernia were given muscle hernia repair. 11 patients were diagnosed with lower limb small muscle hernia after the surgery and the characteristics of ultrasonic acoustic image were analyzed. Results Ultrasound could explore 5 cases of muscle herniation gaps . It couldn’t explore the other 6 cases of muscle hernia gaps , but it could explore muscle sliding between the deep surface and shallow surface of fascia layer in the hyperextension and over-flexion of crus. Conclusion High frequency ultrasonography has a good value in the diagnosis of small calf muscle hernia .
