基于偏离—份额分析法的郑州市产业结构优化研究

Research on Optimization of Industrial Structure of Zhengzhou Based on Shift-share Method

依据2009—2013年河南省和郑州市经济发展的相关数据,运用偏离—份额分析法,对郑州市产业结构及其竞争力进行分析,从动态角度判别产业结构的优劣,结果显示:郑州市经济发展态势良好,但产业整体发展不均衡。第一产业竞争优势偏弱,对经济增长的贡献能力不强;第二产业具有较强的份额优势和竞争力优势,对郑州市的经济增长贡献很大;第三产业虽然在产业结构调整和产值增加方面取得进步,但是区域竞争力还不够强。在今后的发展中,郑州市应当把增强农业竞争力作为发展重点,加快农业结构战略性调整。同时,为保持原有优势,应注重培育战略性新兴产业,提升发展质量。

According to the relevant data of Henan province and Zhengzhou city collected from 2009 to 2013,the industrial structure and competitiveness of Zhengzhou city are analyzed via the shift-share method,and the advantages and disadvantages of the industrial structure are judged from a dynamic viewpoint. The result shows that the economic development of Zhengzhou city is on the right track,but the overall development of the industry is unbalanced. The competitive advantages of the primary industry are weak and the contribution of the primary industry to the economic growth is not big. The second industry has the advantage of competitiveness and share,so it can contribute considerably to the economic growth. Although tertiary industry made progress in industrial restricting and output increase,but its regional competitiveness is not strong enough. In the future,the competitiveness of agriculture should be enhanced and treated as a priority of development,and the strategic adjustment of the agriculture should be accelerated in Zhengzhou as well. At the same time,the existing advantages should be maintained,strategic infant industries should be fostered and the quality of development should be improved.
