摘要
乳腺手术后慢性疼痛发生率较高,并严重影响患者的生活质量。通过微创手术和改善围术期急性疼痛的管理能够降低慢性疼痛的发生。本文旨在针对乳腺手术后慢性疼痛的发生及防治措施进行总结,以提高对乳腺手术后慢性疼痛的认识。
The incidence of chronic postsurgical pain after traditional breast surgery is high. Chronic pain following breast surgery has detrimental effects on patients＇ functional status and quality of life. This review discussed the epidemiology and descriptions of chronic pain after breast surgery and the potential means for prediction and pain interventions. In addition,the endoscopic surgery has been developed rapidly and used for breast cancer surgery nowadays. The aim of this review is to deepen the understanding of the chronic postoperative pain after breast surgery.
