摘要
目的了解珠海地区女性人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染状况及其基因亚型分布特征,为珠海地区HPV感染相关疾病的诊疗和防治提供科学依据。方法收集我院2014年6月至2015年8月的宫颈脱落细胞标本3 833例,采用PCR-反向斑点杂交法(PCR-RDB)进行HPV基因分型检测,分析女性宫颈HPV感染现状及基因亚型分布特征。结果 3 833例标本,平均年龄(36.05±9.969)岁,HPV感染总阳性率为21.37%。高危型和低危型HPV感染的检出率分别为24.57%和7.23%。高危型HPV排前3位的是HPV52(17.40%)、HPV16(9.76%)和HPV58型(7.24%),低危型HPV则是HPV81(5.82%)、HPV6(5.66%)和HPV43型(4.84%)。单重感染率(15.13%)明显高于多重感染率(6.24%),15~岁年龄段例外。HPV感染呈U型分布,两个峰值在15~和〉50岁年龄段,阳性率分别为73.68%和25.75%,而在21~、31~、41~岁年龄段HPV感染阳性率呈逐渐降低趋势,分别为:22.91%、21.90%和17.00%。结论珠海地区女性HPV感染的年龄分布和基因亚型分布具有自身的流行病学特点,这为该地区HPV感染相关疾病的早期筛查和防治提供了科学依据。
Objective To understand the status and distribution characteristics of human papilloma virus(HPV) infection and its gene subtypes in Zhuhai area, and provide scientific evidence for the diagnosis and treatment of HPV infection related diseases in Zhuhai area. Methods 3 833 cases of cervical shedding cells were collected from June 2014 to August 2015 in our hospital, then the HPV genotyping was detected by the technique of PCR-Reverse dot blot hybridization(PCR-RDB),and HPV infection status and its gene-subtypes distribution characteristics were analyzed.Results 3 833 cases of female cervical epithelial cell specimens, with an average age of(36.05 ±9.969). The total positive rate of HPV infection was 21.37%, The three tops of high-risk HPV type were respectively HPV52(17.40%,212 / 1 219) HPV16(9.76% and 119 / 1 219) and HPV58(7.24%, 42 / 1 219),oflow-risk HPV type were respectively HPV81(5.82%, 71 / 1 219), HPV6(5.66%, 69 / 1 219) and HPV43(4.84%, 59 / 1 219). On the whole, the single infection rate was higher than the multiple infection rate, excepted the 15 ~ years old age group. HPV infection is Ushaped distribution, two peaks positive ratein 15 to 20 years old and 50 years of age, the positive rate respectively73.68% and 25.75%.And in 21 ~, 31 ~, 41 ~ years of age HPV infection positive rate was gradually decreased, the positive rate were respectively : 22.91%, 21.90% and 17.00%, respectively. Conclusion The distribution of age and gene-subtypes of HPV infection in Zhuhai area have their own epidemiological characteristics, which provide valuable scientific evidence for the early screening and prevention of HPV infection related diseases in the region.
