益气养阴活血法联合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病的临床疗效

Analysis of curative effect of Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue Decoction combined with metformin in treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus

目的研究并分析应用益气养阴活血法联合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病的临床疗效。方法选择本院2013年5月至2015年4月期间2型糖尿病患者共200例,按照随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组各100例,对照组给予二甲双胍治疗,试验组则应用益气养阴活血法联合二甲双胍治疗,观察并比较两组患者治疗前后的临床疗效。结果两组患者治疗前后相比较,试验组患者相比于对照组患者空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、24 h尿蛋白量等指标明显改善,两组结果比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);并且总胆固醇、甘油三酯、血肌酐、血尿素氮等指标明显降低,两组结果比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用益气养阴活血法联合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病,临床效果显著,值得推广。

Objective To study the clinical efficacy and application of Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue Decoction combined with metformin in treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods 200 type 2 diabetes patients were selected and randomly divided according to the random number table method into the experimental group and the control group; the control group was given metformin, the experimental group with Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue Decoction combined with metformin.Results The two groups of patients before and after treatment were compared. The patients in the experimental group had obvious improvement in fasting blood glucose, postprandial 2H plasma glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin, 24 h urine protein amount index than those of control group（P 〈0.05）. The total cholesterol, glycerin three esters, serum creatinine, blood and urine nitrogen index decreased significantly; the differences between the two groups were significant（P0.05）. Conclusion The application of Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue Decoction combined with metformin in the treatment of type 2 diabetes has a significant clinical effect, and worthy of promotion.
