摘要
目的探讨颈围(NC)与代谢综合征(MS)关系及和第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)的相关性。方法从2014年9月至12月期间在广州医科大学附属第二医院体检人群中随机抽取860人,年龄20~80岁,其中男性458人,女性402人。检测身高、体重、NC、腰围(WC)、血压、甘油三脂(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)和空腹血糖(FPG)、FEV1。结果随着NC增大,男性及女性MS各组分异常率越高。男性NC诊断MS的ROC曲线下面积为0.874,最佳切点为37.3 cm,女性NC诊断MS的ROC曲线下面积为0.863,最佳切点为34.5 cm。多重线性回归分析,NC、WC、FPG与FEV1密切相关。结论 NC是反映MS的有效指标;随着NC的增粗,FEV1下降明显,NC可作为预测肺功能改变的指标之一。
Objective To investigate the relationship of neck circumference(NC), metabolic syndrome(MS)and forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1). Methods Eight hundred and sixty persons [age range from 20 to 80 ] were selected underwent medical examination in our physical examination center from September to December 2014. Height,weight,neck circumference,waist circumference(WC), blood pressure, triglyceride(TG), high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C), fasting plasma glucose(FPG) and FEV1 were measured. Results In ROC analysis between NC and MS, area under curve was 0.874 in men and 0.863 in women.The optimal cut-points were 37.3 cm in men and34.5 cm in women.Multiple linear regression analysis showed that FEV1 was correlated with NC, WC and FPG.Conclusion NC is proposed as an indicator of MS. The FEV1 decreased remarkably with the increasing of NC and NC contributes to lung function likely beyond waist circumference.
