摘要 IL-25又称IL-17E,是IL-17家族成员之一,它可通过与IL-17RB结合发挥生物学功能。最近寄生虫感染性疾病研究中,IL-25的作用及其作用机制越来越受到关注。因此,本文就IL-25的结构及来源、受体特征以及其在寄生虫感染性疾病如肠道炎症、肺纤维化和气道过敏性疾病中的作用及作用机制进行综述,以期为IL-25在寄生虫感染性疾病中的相关作用提供有价值的参考。 IL-25（IL-17E） is a IL-17 family ligand that binds and signals through IL-17 BR.It has been reported that IL-25 has been taking an important role on the parasitic infectious disease. This review focuses on the role of IL-25 in the parasitic infectious diseases such as intestinal inflammation, pulmonary fibrosis and airway allergic diseases, which may provide a valuable reference for the related parasitic infectious diseases.
