摘要 肺癌是常见的恶性肿瘤,对全世界造成巨大的社会负担。目前对肺癌的早期诊断和治疗仍较为困难,发现新的特异性肿瘤标志物至关重要。热休克蛋白40,即HSP40是跨物种存在的高度保守的蛋白质家族,其在人类许多肿瘤包括肺癌中呈异常表达,在细胞应激保护、蛋白质折叠、重折叠或聚集与降解,以及蛋白质移位等方面有重要作用。本文综述了近年来关于HSP40蛋白的结构、功能以及其与肺癌的关系,为该领域的研究提供一定的参考。 Lung cancer is a common type of cancer inthe world, whichcausesa huge economic buraen to me society. Discovering novel tumor biomarkers is crucially important because the early diagnosis and treatment is difficult but favorable in clinical practice. The heat shock proteins 40 (HSP40), a highly conserved protein family, has abnormal expression pattern among different types of human tumors including lung cancer. It plays crucial roles in cell stress protection, protein folding, refolding, aggregation, degradation, and transloca- tion. This article has summarized the recent discoveries about the structures and functions of HSP40s, and its contribution to the development of lung cancer, aiming to provide reference for future study in this field.
