甘蔗叶的药用价值评价与综合利用浅析

Analysis and evaluation of medicinal value and comprehensive utilization of sugarcane leaves

甘蔗叶作为甘蔗种植区域的主要农作物副产物,其含有氨基酸,多糖、还原糖、酚类、苷类、有机酸、植物甾醇、黄酮类、香豆素或内酯等多种化学物质,具有很高的药用价值和综合利用潜力。文章对甘蔗叶的功效成分、药用价值及综合利用情况进行综述,为对其进行深入研究和综合利用提供借鉴。

Sugarcane leaves as one of a main crop by-products of sugarcane planting area containing amino acid, polysaccharide, reducing sugar, phenols, glycosides, organic acids, phytosterols, flavonoids, coumarins and lactones and other variety of chemical substances,, with very high medicinal value and potential of comprehensive utilization. In this paper, the effects of sugarcane leaves on the composition, medicinal value and comprehensive utilization of the situation are reviewed, for its in-depth study and comprehensive utilization to provide reference.
