摘要 在全日制专业学位研究生规模迅速扩张的现状下,传统的研究生培养模式已不能适应新形式的发展。通过对化学工程领域研究生实践教学环节的建设,建立高校和生产企业之间产学研合作的纽带,既能解决全日制专业学位研究生实践场地紧缺的矛盾,又能满足企业对专业复合型和应用型人才日益增长的需求。通过协同创新研究生产学研联合培养基地建设,建立稳定的校企合作研究生培养机制,达到培养具有复合型能力的全日制专业学位化学工程领域研究生要求。 Under the current situation of the rapid expansion of the full-time professional degree graduate students, the traditional mode of graduate education has been unable to adapt to the development of new forms of collaborative innovation. Through the construction of the practice teaching of the field of chemical engineering, the link between the university and the production enterprise is established. It can not only solve the contradiction of the full-time professional degree graduate students' practice field, but also meet the needs of the enterprise to the professional composite and the application of the growing demand. Through the collaborative innovation of production, teaching and research development of joint training base construction, the establishment of stable cooperation research students training mechanism, to train with compound ability of full-time professional degree in chemical engineering research in the field of requirements.
