思想政治教育视域下微信著作权保护问题研究

Research on the copyright protection of WeChat under the vision of ideological and political education

随着社会的进步和网络技术的快速发展,催生了自媒体的诞生,微信作为自媒体的主要代表自2011年腾讯公司推出以来,日益成为人们生活和社交不可或缺的最主要的交流工具。由于微信具有时效性快、交流便捷、参与性和互动性强的特征,人们在现实生活中对微信版权保护的意识比较淡薄,各种微信侵权现象不断出现,侵权行为严重损害了著作权人的合法权益,扰乱了正常的社会秩序,制约了我国知识产权的发展。因此,微信著作权保护问题日益成为现实生活中一个突出的问题。由于微信作为一个全新的自媒体交流媒介,它出现的时间比较晚,所以对微信版权保护的研究比较少。因此,文章引入思想政治教育方法,用思想政治教育这个全新的教育方法来为维新著作权保护的发展提供一些有效的借鉴意见和建议。

Along with the progress of society and the rapid development of technology, has given rise to the media. Since wechat as the main representative be launched in 2011, WeChat has increasingly become the indispensable main tool for communication in people＇s life and social occasion. Due to the wechat with the advantage of fast, convenient, participation and interaction, public＇s copyright protection consciousness in real life is weak, a growing number of wechat tort activities are happening, these tort behavior has seriously damaged the copyright person＇s legitimate rights ,disrupted the normal social order, restricted our country intellectual property rights. Therefore, the wechat copyright protection has become an outstanding problem in real life. Because it appears relatively late, so the study about the wechat is relatively small. Therefore, this paper introduces the methods of Ideological and political education, use these new ideological and political education methods to provide some effective reference opinions and suggestions for the development of the reform of copyright protection.
