博乐市空气质量下降原因及对策分析

Cause and Countermeasure Analysis on the Decreasing of Air Quality in Bole City

指出了"十二五"博乐市空气质量下降明显,通过分析空气中主要污染物的时空变化趋势,在调查博乐市工业污染源现状、地形气象条件以及环境要素时空分布的基础上,定性地揭示了社会、经济等人为活动以及自然因素对博乐市空气环境质量造成的影响。并在博乐市资源环境承载能力的基础上,提出了污染防治重点、产业结构调控建议及对策。

This paper pointed out that the air quality in Bole City decreased significantly during ＂12th Five-Year Plan＂. By analyzing the spatial and temporal trends of the main air pollutants, on the basis of investigating industrial pollution status, weather and terrain conditions, and temporal and spatial distribution of environmental factors in Bole City, we qualitatively revealed the influences on air environmental quality in Bole City caused by social activities, economic activities and natural factors. Based on the resources and environment carrying capacity of Bole City, we put forward the key point of pollution prevention, and suggestions and countermeasures for industrial structure regulation.
