江阴市突发环境事故的应对处置探究

Exploration on Emergency Disposal to Unexpected Environmental Accidents in Jiangyin

指出了随着社会经济的快速发展,在政府转型与产业结构调整的内在要求及建设"滨江花园"城市的大背景下,江阴市面临着诸多环境风险因素,突发环境事故时有发生,环境安全形势不容乐观。从突发环境事故处置遵循的原则及实际案例出发,探索了应急处置工作方法,提出了应急处置工作要求,为全面提升政府处置突发环境事故的能力,提供了切实可行的建议。

With the background of economic development, governmental transformation, industrial adjustment and the planning of ＂Riverside Garden City＂, Jiangyin City is facing many environmental risk factors and unexpected environmental accidents usually occur. The environment security situation is not optimistic. According to the principles of handling unexpected accident and practical cases, this study tried to explore the different methods for treatments of environmental emergency. This study also tried to normalize the work for requirements of emergency work. Finally, this study provided practical recommendations for enhancing the government＇s ability on handling the environmental accidents.
