本文分析了电网公司生产技改项目的特点、管理现状及其WBS架构和应用现状。在此基础上,提出了WBS结构创建的基本原则,设计思路及关键业务步骤,满足了电网生产技改项目资产的管理过程,实现了实物与资产价值的协同管理。

This paper analyzes the characteristics of the power grid company production technological innovation projects, management status and WBS application. Based on this, the fundamental principles of creating the WBS structure, design ideas and key business steps are put forward. It meets the assets management process of the power grid production technical innovation projects. It also realizes the coordination management of physical and asset value.
