摘要 伞骨钢丝用盘条必须保证钢材冷顶锻性能和冷加工性能。介绍35GL钢的化学成分及生产工艺流程。35GL钢转炉冶炼出钢温度控制在1 600~1 650℃。轧制过程中,确定均热温度为1 120~1 140℃,开轧时钢坯中部温度为960~980℃,精轧阶段采用较低温度轧制,入精轧机温度为(920±20)℃,吐丝温度为(840±20)℃。轧后采用缓慢冷却工艺,保温罩全部闭合,冷却速度为1~1.5℃/s。结果表明,盘条金相组织均匀,晶粒度9.5~10级,无可见脱碳层,力学性能符合用户要求。 Wire rod for umbrella framework steel wire must guarantee the steel cold heading property and cold working property. 35GL steel chemical composition and production process flow are introduced. The tapping temperature of 35GL steel convener smelting is controlled at 1 600 - 1 650 ℃. In the rolling process, it is decided that soaking temperature is 1 120 - 1 140 ℃, initial roiling steel billet temperature is 960 -980 ℃, in the process of finish rolling, lower temperature is adopted to roll, entering finish rolling temperature is (920 ±20) ℃, wire laying temperature is (840 ± 20) ℃. Slow cooling process is adopted after roUing cooling, holding temperature covers are all closed, cooling speed is 1 - 1.5 ℃/s. Results show that the wire rod microstructure is even, grain size is 9.5 - 10 grade, there is no visible decarburization layer, mechanical property meet the requirements of customers.
