摘要
介绍单功能吊具在施工过程中存在的缺点以及港珠澳大桥项目的概况。针对港珠澳大桥项目大尺寸大重量的情况,对多功能吊具进行结构分析和论证,提出模块集成的设计方法。介绍吊具的基本构成及吊具上梁模块、下梁模块的工作原理。通过对吊具结构进行有限元分析,结果表明,吊具结构强度满足安全要求,已在施工现场成功吊装,各项指标完好。
To introduce the disadvantage of single function sling in the process of construction and the general situation of Hongkong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge project. Aiming at the big size and heavy weight situation of Hongkong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge project, to analyze and demonstrate the structure of multi-function sling, put forward the design method of module integration. To introduce basic constitution of the sling and working principle of upper beam and lower beam of the sling. Through analyzing the sling structure by adopting finite element method, result shows, sling structure meet the safety re- quirement, and the sling has been used successfully at construction site, all the indexes are good.
