盐酸酸洗参数对缓蚀剂用量影响研究

摘要 介绍高碳钢线材在酸洗过程中的生产工艺。通过对缓蚀剂与盐酸浓度、温度、流速、盐酸槽内铁盐关系的研究,给出新酸质量浓度一般控制在240~280 g/L,添加缓蚀剂质量分数控制在0.5%~0.8%,室温相对高时缓蚀剂质量分数增加0.1%~0.3%。为确保酸槽缓蚀剂含量,在洗线周期内每天应添加溶液量0.2%~0.4%的缓蚀剂,有效抑制铁盐增加。使用酸泵增加酸液的流动,提高缓蚀剂在酸液中的均匀性。实践表明,使用该参数对线材进行处理后,线材表面质量良好,完全满足拉拔要求,且有效降低了生产成本。 To introduce the production technology of high carbon steel wire rod in the process of pickling. Through the relationship research between inhibiter and hydrochloric acid concentration, temperature, flow velocity, ferric salt in hydrochloric acid tank, new acid mass concentration is controlled at 240 - 280 g/L, inhibiter mass fraction is controlled at 0.5% - 0.8%, inhibiter mass fraction increase 0.1% -0.3% when room temperature is relatively high are given. To ensure the content of inhibiter in the acid tank, it should add inhibiter everyday during the pickling period , the additive amount is 0.2% -0.4% of solution quantity, restrain the increase of ferric salt effectively. Acid pump is used to increase the flowability of acid solution, and increase the uniformity of inhibiter in acid solution. Practice shows, after using these parameters to deal with wire rod, surface quality of the wire rod is good, meet the drawing requirement completely, and decrease the production cost effectively.
