摘要
冷轧扁钢丝表面缺陷对涡卷弹簧质量有重要的影响。常见的表面缺陷有疤状、纵向裂纹、侧边裂纹、机械损伤及轧制面凹坑等。多数表面缺陷是原材料缺陷遗传的结果。生产及运输过程中,钢丝与其他物体之间的剧烈滑动摩擦是造成钢丝表面擦伤、纵向划伤等机械损伤缺陷的原因,表面擦伤、纵向划伤缺陷的显微组织存在白亮硬化层。硬质物体被轧辊压入钢丝是轧制面凹坑缺陷形成的主要原因之一。
Cold rolled flat wire surface defects have important effect on the quality of scroll spring. Common surface defects are scab defects, longitudinal cracks, lateral cracks, mechanical damage defects and pit defects on rolling plane. Most of the surface defects result from the defects of raw material. Mechanical damage defects such as steel wire surface scratches, longitudinal scratches, are caused by fierce sliding friction between wire and other objects, white bright hardened layer exist in microstructure of surface scratches and longitudinal scratches. Hard matter pressed into wire by roller is one of the main reasons of pit defects formation on rolling plane.
