摘要
针对9-500型无级捻筒旋转部件的振动问题进行分析。对筒体的固有频率进行求解,分析周期激振响应,并对设备建立模型,通过仿真得出旋转部件的部分振型图。分析筒体测试得到的数据以及各测点的振动频率图,发现筒体中段装配不对中是振动问题产生的主要原因。提出不对中问题的解决方案,为以后的设计工作提供依据。
To analyze the vibration problem of rotating part of 9 -500 type stepless twist barrel. To solve the inherent frequency of the barrel, analyze periodic vibration response, and set up device module, get partial vibration shape diagram of the rotating part through simulation. The measured data of the barrel and vibration frequency diagram of each test point are analyzed, it is found that middle barrel misalignment is the main reason to cause vibration problem. To put forward the solution of misalignment, and provide foundation for later design work.
