摘要
电梯曳引系统中钢丝绳和曳引轮直接作用,钢丝绳中外层钢丝与曳引轮的硬度匹配十分重要.明确统一测量方法后,影响钢丝绳维氏硬度测量的因素主要有镶样材料的选择、钢丝轴向与测试面的角度,测量读数精度等.选用热镶材料可以得到相对准确和稳定的测量结果,镶嵌后随着钢丝轴向与测试面角度减小,钢丝的硬度测量值下降;采用HV0.5进行测量,维氏硬度测量时对角线的压痕长度一般在0.030~0.060 mm,严格按照标准进行测量不必考虑不确定度;给出钢丝常用抗拉强度级对应的维氏硬度范围,推荐利用钢丝硬度和抗拉强度的对应关系,可以减少由于硬度测量误差造成的误判.
In elevator traction system,wire ropes and traction sheave work directly.The hardness matching between rope outer wire and traction sheave is very important.After a clear unified measurement method,the factors affecting the hardness measurement of rope mainly include the selection of sample mounting material,angle of the axial and the testing surface,the accuracy of the measurement.Thermal mounting material can get relatively accurate and stable measurement resuit,with axial steel wire and test surface angle decreases,wire hardness measurement values decrease;make measurement by adopting HV0.5,vicker hardness measurement of indentation diagonal length is 0.030 ~ 0.060 mm,make measurement according to standard strictly and do not have to consider uncertainty;the vicker hardness range tensile corresponding to steel wire strength grade is given,it is recommended the correspondence relation between wire hardness and tensile strength,can reduce the misjudgment caused by hardness measurement error.
