常温电解磷化工艺在高碳钢丝生产中的应用 被引量:5

摘要 针对传统中高温化学磷化处理钢丝存在费时、耗能、多渣等问题,研制适用于高碳钢丝生产的常温电解磷化液。该磷化液选用5种特殊复配添加剂,将磷化液和水按1∶3.5混合,直流电源电压5~15 V,阴极电流密度5.5~10.0 A/dm^2,磷化时间10~35 s。结果表明,采用常温电解磷化液处理的1.5 mm70#钢丝磷化层面质量3.0~8.0 g/m^2,达到原来中高温磷化工艺处理水平,不仅适用于干、湿式拉拔,而且处理速度快、能耗极低、无渣、环保。 Aiming at such problems as time consuming, energy consumption, much residue in traditional steel wire used the traditional medium-high temperature steel wire phosphating , normal temperature electrolytic phosphating solution suiting for high carbon steel wire production was developed. The phospbating solution select and use 5 kinds special compound addi- tives, phosphating solution mix with water by 1 to 3.5, DC electrical source voltage is 5 to 15 V, cathode-current density is 5.5 to 10.0 A / dm2, phosphating time is 10 to 35 s. Result shows that the phosphating film mass of diameter 1.5 mm. 70 steel wire is 3.0 to 8.0 g/mE by normal temperature electrolytic phosphating solution treatment, which reach quality lev- el of original high temperature phosphating process, not only suit for dry wire drawing and wet wire drawing, but also treatment speed is fast, energy consumption is very low, no residue and environmental protection.
