摘要 针对轧钢加热炉磨煤机存在的电气故障率高、电机启动电流大、启动困难、维修成本高、生产效率低等问题,利用软启动器对磨煤机控制系统进行改造。采用西安西普公司生产的STR/132-2型数字式软启动器,并将软启动器启动模式设置为电压斜坡软启动模式。给出磨煤机电气技术改造原理图和电压斜坡软启动模式图。改造后磨煤机电动机启动电流为550 A,只有直接启动电流的50%,电动机发热现象降低,大大提高了电动机过流、缺相、过载等保护功能的能力,未出现电动机烧毁事故。 Aiming at such problems as high electric failure rate, strong starting current of motor, starting difficulty, high cost of maintenance and low production efficiency existing in coal mill of steel rolling heating furnace, to make use of soft starter to remould coal mill control system. Adopting STR/132 - 2 type digital soft starter made in Xi' an Xipu Co. , the starting mode of the soft starter was set as voltage slope soft starting mode. The coal mill electric technical transformation schematic diagram and voltage slope soft start mode are given out. The motor starting current of coal mill is only 550 A, it is 50% of direct starting current, motor heating phenomenon reduce, the capability of protection function such as motor overcurrent, phase loss, overload, improve greatly, no motor burn accident appears.
