钢丝绳质量监督抽查检验数据技术核查设计及分析

Design and analysis for the test data technical verification of wire rope quality supervision and inspection

以钢丝绳产品质量监督抽查为例,研究设计钢丝绳产品质量监督抽查检验数据技术核查的方法。对拆股钢丝直径、中心钢丝直径、抗拉强度、反复弯曲、扭转、锌层重量试验结果进行数据异常性和一致性分析,提出数据偏差的主要原因及改进建议。探索监督抽查检验数据技术核查的可行性,对不同质检机构间的检验数据差异性分析,指出提升监督抽查检验数据的准确性和可靠性的意义。

Taking wire rope quality supervision and inspection for example, to study and design the method of test data technical verification. The data abnonnity and uniformity of strand dismantle steel wire diameter, center steel wire diameter, tensile strength, alternating bending, torsion and zinc coating mass test result are analyzed, and the main reason for the data devia- tion and improvement suggestions are also put forward. To explore the feasibility of technical supervision and random inspec- tion data verification has certain reference significance for analysis of the test data difference among different quality inspection institutions. It is pointed out that enhancing the accuracy and reliability of the supervision and random inspection data.
