摘要
针对重型锻造卸扣本体和销轴存在的问题,对其进行分析并提出解决方案。通过改进本体热处理工艺、优化销轴结构,解决了本体表面产生的裂纹问题,销轴使用更加方便、安全。试验及现场检验表明,卸扣本体无变形且强度满足要求,经探伤本体表面无细小裂纹出现;销轴结构便于拆卸和现场维修。
Aiming at the existing problems of heavy forging shackle body and axis pin, analyze the problem and improve, and put forward the solution. Crack problem generated on body surface is solved effectively through improving body heat treatment process and optimizing axis pin structure, the usage of axis pin is more convenient and safe. Test and field in- spection shows, shackle body has non-distortion and strength meet the requirement, body surface has no tiny crack through inspection; axis pin structure is easy to disassemble and maintain on the scene.
